While most personal trainers and dieticians will give you the same, generic, boiled chicken breast meal plans, we build a science-backed nutrition strategy specifically tailored to your needs and body composition. We take into consideration everything from hormone levels to vitamin and mineral deficiencies, all the way to genetic history and illness markers to create an effective program that actually works.
Bespoke Training
At Results Mindset PT Studio, we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all training programs. Everyone has different body types, lifestyles, dietary requirements, mindsets and schedules, so it makes sense that no two programs we create are the same. Our unique coaching revolves around fun yet intense training that’s built into a schedule that works just for you. But exercise and strength training are only a tiny part of what we do here at Results Mindset.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    • When will I see results?
      Results really vary from person to person. A lot depends on what your goals are, how many changes you make, other factors like sleep, stress, family commitments, etc. I like to do a little exercise called Want-Willing-Won’t. What do you want? What are you willing to do for it? And what WON’T you do for it? That exercise helps us start to set realistic expectations, given what you’re working with.
    • How does coaching work?
      Great question! Coaching is a collaborative process. We work together to understand your goals, your current roadblocks, and create a custom plan built around what you’ll need to succeed. Along the way we gather information and make adjustments to keep you moving forward. Coaching is a two way street. The two of us work together on the goals you have created for yourself. And we fine tune along the way, based on what is working well and what needs additional attention.
    • I know exactly what I want. Can you help me?
      If your goal is to pack up on muscles, add size, strength and super grow yourself then RuggedMuscle and Jon are your only choice to succeed!
    • What is included in the online coaching services?
      The online coaching includes an initial assessment through a detailed questionnaire which will provide all the information required to set up a plan suited to your needs; Access to complete exercise demonstration videos to make you understand the exercises we are prescribing you; Access to your workout from anywhere with our new RuggedMuscle app (for Android or Apple user); Access to our exclusive RuggedMuscle Stable FB Group to access knowledge with out elite community; Access private messaging every time you have a question via our private in app message feature;
    • What do you do differently than other coaches?
      Well, I can’t speak for all the other coaches, but one thing I like to bring to the table is that I have experience and insight with helping men who have struggled to build on muscles believbing their genetics make up wasn’t good for that and gave up. I’ve struggled with that issue too for a long time. If you look at my personal change but more importantly to that of over 300 men I helped to reach their goals –  I think that really shines through in how much I can understand the situation you’re going through right now.
    • I’ve failed before — how can I trust that you’ll be different?
      It might help you to know that I use a behavior-based approach that really tries to get at WHY you might be struggling, and HOW to work through those very normal challenges. We go slowly, one step at a time, so you’re not overwhelmed with too much at once. This helps you progress and build skills gradually, so you feel confident at every step.

    I was born and bred on the sunny coasts of south east Italy but I currently work and live in South London. I am a CIMSPA qualified Personal Trainer and UKBFF Men Physique Athlete committed to helping people achieve their dream physiques and bodies using a custom mix of tested and trusted wellness solutions and processes.

    When I was 15 and in high school, I weighed 55 kg (121 lbs. for the metric impaired) and I felt so weak and skinny! I did not feel attractive… I felt intimidated by the bigger, fitter and stronger people at the gym and the thought of competing with these ‘big’ people left me stressed. As if that was not bad enough… I had back problems to deal with!

    I was not happy with where I was physically and I knew the first step to changing my body had to come from my mind. I saw my biggest challenge – the will to change – and I made the decision to overcome that challenge… a decision that has brought me to the best place (physically and mentally) I have been in years. Weight training has been my life and passion for the last 10 years. During this time I had the opportunity to learn from different coaches and trainers and I witnessed my own body transform as a result of dedication, patience and endless motivation. As Charles Darwin once said, “it is not the strongest of the species that survive, or the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change.”
